Shibori Silk Scarves and Basic Silk Painting Techniques by Dawn Sievers
July 7th, Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:00pm at The Bridge Church at 3400 Flood Rd, Great Falls. 
You will learn two ways to make shibori silk scarves and basic silk painting techniques. There is a limit of 20 students, but she will schedule a second class if there is more interest. This class would be fine for junior high on up. All materials will be provided for $50. There will be a lunch break, and there is a kitchen to heat lunches if necessary. Deadline is May 21. 

If there are enough younger students who would want an art class, Dawn can schedule that as well.

Watercolor Painting with Sherry Tuss 
Sherry will be teaching every Wednesday evening from 6-9pm at Studio 706, 706 7th Ave. South, Great Falls, Montana. This will be an ongoing class all summer and into the fall. All levels are welcome and a new subject will presented each week. You do not have to take each one. Students can finish their paintings during the 3 hour session. The cost is $24 for Studio 706 members (membership is $15 per year) and $27 for non-members. She also plans on doing video/dvd education sessions on watercolor from her extensive collection. These will be on Thursdays at 10am, free to Studio 706 members. Sherry also teaches in Lincoln, Montana at the Lambkins Restaurant, usually every other Mondays at 10am - 3pm.
